Senior Legal Counsel – In-House | Dublin (Hybrid)
Permanent | Full Time | Hybrid (3 days office-based)
A fast-growing, international plc operating in the healthcare and life sciences space is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its expanding in-house legal function.
This is a high-impact, senior role with broad exposure across group-level projects, commercial contracting, IT and global sourcing, working closely with senior leadership across multiple jurisdictions.
The Role
Reporting into the General Counsel, this role will partner closely with executive and senior leadership teams across the business, with responsibility for:
Leading and advising on complex, high-value commercial contracts and strategic projects
Supporting group-wide initiatives, including IT, digital transformation and global sourcing
Playing a key role in corporate transactions, including M&A, investments and integrations
Driving improvements in contract frameworks, processes and systems
Advising senior stakeholders on legal, regulatory, risk and reputational matters
Managing and coordinating external counsel across jurisdictions
Contributing to the development of a scalable, commercially focused in-house legal function
This is a role for someone who enjoys being embedded in the business, shaping outcomes and enabling growth rather than operating in a silo.
About You
Irish qualified solicitor with 7+ years' PQE (private practice and/or in-house)
Strong experience negotiating commercial contracts in a fast-paced environment
Currently based in Ireland.
