Job Description:
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Sitecore Developer to spearhead the creation and delivery of cutting-edge, headless digital experiences using Sitecore JSS.
You'll collaborate closely with architects, DevOps engineers, and frontend teams to design scalable, cloud-native solutions that drive customer engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Integrate with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Next.js, React, or Angular), with a deep understanding of rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR).
* Implement personalization, multi-language, and component-based architecture in Sitecore.
* Work with Content Authors and UX/UI teams to deliver seamless editorial and digital experiences.
* Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
* Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues across Sitecore and frontend layers.
* Maintain high standards for code quality, maintainability, testing, and documentation.
* Contribute to front-end architecture decisions and help evolve development standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
* 6+ years of enterprise .NET / Sitecore development experience.
* 2+ years hands-on experience with Sitecore JSS, SXA, and headless Sitecore implementations (preferably Sitecore 10+).
* Strong understanding of Azure/AWS PaaS, including CI/CD pipelines, Application Insights, and cloud networking.
* Deep understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture, serialization tools (e.g., SCS, Items-as-a-Service), and content modeling.
* Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks in a composable architecture.
* Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with Sitecore composable platforms like XM Cloud, Personalize, or Content Hub.
* Proven experience migrating Sitecore XP to XM Cloud or cloud-native transitions.
* Exposure to Azure Functions.
* Sitecore certified v10+
* Exposure to MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless).
