Core Responsibilities:

* Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
* RFQ Process: Work collaboratively with internal departments to create detailed, commercially viable proposals that meet client requirements and contribute to project success.
* Project Oversight: Manage ongoing projects effectively, ensuring seamless handovers to our operations team and alignment with business objectives.
* Strategic Planning: Conduct thorough market, competitor, and sector analyses to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights to our leadership team, enabling informed strategic decisions.
* Presentation Skills: Deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing our service offerings and project solutions effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Expertise in the manufacturing or sub-contract engineering industry, with knowledge of precision CNC multi-axis turning and milling being highly beneficial.
* Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to develop compelling proposals that meet client needs and drive business growth.
* Excellent analytical skills to assess and interpret data, creating actionable strategies that inform business decisions.
* Advanced organizational and communication skills, including proficiency with preparing reports, tender documents, and presentations.
* Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results in a fast-paced business environment.
* Experience with project management in a manufacturing context, including sales, quality, purchasing, engineering, and resource planning.
