A Large Law Firm in Dublin 2 has a vacancy for a Senior Funds Company Secretary. The ideal candidate with have 4+ years' experience in a Company Secretarial role and will be Grad CGI part / fully qualified. The role will have a direct report so provide a good opportunity for a Company Secretary to move up in their career.
The Company Secretary provides a full range of services to clients including incorporation services, corporate governance advice, ongoing attendance at board and shareholder meetings, statutory compliance and all associated drafting of notices, agendas, minutes and filings. to €75k depending on experience

Total Package:
Worth up to €95k
The Role:
* Arrange and attend all directors' and shareholders' meetings.
* Preparation of minutes, resolutions and associated documentation.
* Administration of a portfolio of entities, including in relation to corporate records, filings, anti-money laundering documentation and billing.
* Liaising with the Registrar of Companies in connection with routine corporate administrative/regulatory matters.
* Ensuring that the statutory records and corporate documents of each client are maintained in accordance with law and internal policies and procedures.
* Managing filings with the CBI
* Preparation of documentation and correspondence.
* Obtaining AML/CFT documentation from clients and intermediaries.
* Maintaining Register of beneficial ownerships for client companies to include all associated filings.
* Frequent client contact via email and telephone.
The Candidate:
* Part or Fully Qualified CGI / ICSA.
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Company Secretary.
* Experience in Funds, Knowledge of UCITS a MUST.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to work on your own initiative as required and also as part of a team.
