Job Title: Business Development Manager
Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, building strong relationships, and driving long-term account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage prospective corporate clients to drive new business development and transition them into managed accounts.
* Build and maintain relationships with B2B IT procurement decision-makers through proactive outreach and networking.
* Leverage professional networks and market research to source leads, while occasionally working with targeted leads provided internally.
* Collaborate with technical presales colleagues to align solutions with client needs, preparing proposals, tenders, and detailed quotes.
* Manage pipeline activity in CRM systems, ensuring accurate records and working towards sales targets.
* Participate in client site visits, networking, and training sessions as required.
* Demonstrate commercial awareness, contributing to individual and team goals in a fast-paced environment.
* Comply with all data protection and information security protocols.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Managed Print Services sales with a service provider or reseller.
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business or a technical field (exceptions considered for extensive experience).
* HP Sales Certification (or willingness to obtain within 12 months).
* Proficiency in CRM systems, general IT skills, and tender preparation.
* Full, clean manual driver's licence valid in Ireland.
* Project management skills or certifications (advantageous).
* Fluent English (written and spoken).
