HR Administrator Role
We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in coordinating and delivering onsite induction, ensuring tailored induction plans are in place.
This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail. You will work closely with department managers and manage labour planning and recruitment processes throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and delivering onsite induction programs.
* Supporting the HR department in labour planning and recruitment processes.
* Liaising with department managers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Managing employee records and data.
* Providing administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in a HR Administrator or similar position.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Office Suite and CRM software.
