We are seeking a part-time Fleet & Compliance Administrator with a minimum of 3 years experience in construction or haulage fleet management. This role involves coordinating fleet operations, maintaining compliance, and supporting overall administration.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate fleet operations and logistics
* Maintain and update fleet records, including inspections and maintenance schedules
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
* Assist fleet management with reports and administrative tasks
* Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and stakeholders
* General office administration and scheduling support
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in fleet or logistics administration (construction/haulage background desirable)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; fleet software experience an advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
