The Store Manager is responsible for the daily operational management of the branch, encompassing sales, inventory control, merchandising, health and safety, and adherence to retail standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and exceed sales targets for various store categories
* Lead and motivate team members while ensuring all training requirements are met
* Maintain regular communication with Area Managers
* Oversee operations, implement best practices, and complete necessary procedures
Requirements:
* Five-day week schedule with mandatory Saturday work
* Two to five years of relevant experience
* Autonomy, responsiveness, and enthusiasm
* Ability to identify customer needs and suggest relevant products or services
* Understanding and analysis of sales figures
* Excellent communication and people management skills
