The ideal candidate will have successfully led multi-disciplinary in-house and vendor teams across multiple technologies and in different timezones. You'll thrive in a fast-paced business change environment that requires constant attention to prioritisation and impeccable communication skills. Hands-on management of projects using different development methodologies and delivering multi-platform enterprise application solutions is essential.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead prioritisation of competing requirements with business and IT stakeholdersSupport articulation of business processes that inform technical solutionsLead Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technical resources in requirements definitionUnderstand technical, resource and schedule implications of business decisionsWork with technical leads to determine project timing and resourcing requirementsSet project scope, priorities, milestones and deliverable schedulesLead cross-functional project teams via project methodology (Agile, Hybrid) optimized for required deliverablesDrive execution of project deliverablesPresent to IT, business function, and executive steering committeesMonitor execution and report status, risks and issuesManage all project change control activitiesDevelop and lead project teams to deliver initiatives on-time and on/under budgetDeliver solutions to requirements that provide efficiency and scalabilityRequired Qualifications/Experience10+ years of experience in an IT technical or enterprise applications project management roleExperience project managing Oracle Fusion/EBS implementations is desirableExperience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologiesExperience with enterprise-level applications and working with multi-discipline teamsStrong ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organisationStrong strategic thinking skills; understands business needs and brings proactive solutions to the teamPreferred QualificationsExperience with JIRA, Confluence, and SmartsheetMedical device and/or pharmaceutical experienceExperience of IT application support processes / ITIL a bonusProject Management certifications are a plus
