We are looking for skilled, motivated individuals who can work independently and ensure high standards of service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesThe role involves a wide variety of general maintenance and repair duties, including but not limited to:Touch-up painting and patchworkPower washingAffixing and mounting signage (including pole-mounted signs)Adjusting door closers / installing door stoppersReplacing or refitting carpet and ceiling tilesRepairing leaking tapsFixing or tightening loose/broken door handlesTiling and tile groutingReplacing seals on shower doorsResealing around sinks, showers, etc.Rehanging or adjusting blindsRoutine sprinkler checksFire safety checksBlock entrance door inspections, greasing, and oilingACO drainage checksGreen roof visual inspectionsOther general maintenance duties across apartments and common areasRequirements & Experience4–5 years' experience in property maintenance or facilities management (residential and/or commercial)Trade qualification preferred (other relevant experience will be considered)Strong knowledge of general building maintenance and repairsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFull clean driving licence requiredSelf-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlinesAbility to work well under pressure and problem-solve effectivelyPunctual, reliable, with a positive, can-do attitudeBenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience)Permanent, full-time position with opportunities for progressionWork as part of a supportive and experienced teamJob Type: Full-timePay: €20.00-€25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionFlexitimeFree or subsidised travelWork Location: Hybrid remote in Dublin, CO.
