Head of Growth
We’re looking for a Head of Growth who turns data into measurable business outcomes. This role is hands‑on: you ideate, design, launch experiments, and build the next category of the EcoSystem for Human Greatness Augmented with AI.
Location
Full‑time, remote or in our offices in Dubai or Lisbon.
Your Mission
Architect and pilot the revenue engine, transitioning Paradox from a founder‑led marketing approach to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine.
Key Responsibilities
Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch product‑market fit.
Identify segments where offers succeed or fail.
Architect funnels and campaigns: map, implement, track, analyze, and iterate.
Conduct relentless CRO & A/B testing—design, launch, analyze results.
Audit friction points in user journeys and implement fixes.
Explore and scale acquisition channels, coordinating with our Paid Social team.
Own growth loops: product, retention, referral, and content integration.
Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion.
Lead the Growth team—coach, source talent, and manage performance.
Align sales and revenue quality: prioritize high‑intent leads, manage feedback loops.
Tools & KPIs
Tools: GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and others as needed.
KPI focus: LTV/CAC ratio, funnel conversion rates, X experiments launched per week.
Desired Outcomes
Conversion rates 2× better than baseline.
Continuous growth experimentation.

Experience
Minimum 3 years in CRO, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing (SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product).
Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests delivering measurable revenue or activation gains.
