Job Description A Demand Planning Manager is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based electronics multinational client.
The Demand Planning Manager will lead the forecasting and demand planning process for multiple finished goods products, ensuring accurate projections to support production, inventory, and customer fulfilment.
This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of electronics sector market dynamics.
The role has responsibility for managing the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning business process, customer demand forecasting, managing inventory and the SIOP execution associated with customers and products.
Role of this position Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Business Unit and Finance teams to align forecasts with business objectives.
Monitor demand trends, customer orders, and market signals to adjust forecasts proactively.
Manage and lead the Sales, Inventory experience with Data Visualisation tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or equivalents BI tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
