You'll be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess incoming/outgoing invoicesMaintain invoice approval trackersUpdate VAT trackers (Ireland & UK) and monitor POs and RCT/CIS deductionsManage expense trackersManage Purchase order and payment cert trackingProcess incoming and outgoing invoices accurately and on timeMaintain and update invoice approval trackersUpdate VAT trackers for Ireland and the UK, while monitoring purchase orders and RCT/CIS deductionsManage and reconcile expense trackersOversee purchase order and payment certificate trackingIdeal CandidateBackground in finance, administration, and accounts supportProficient in MS Office, Excel, invoice tracking systems, and other digital toolsStrong organizational and communication abilities with excellent attention to detailSkilled at multitasking and proactive in managing follow-upsExperience in construction, logistics, or other fast-paced industries is advantageousKnowledge of Sage and spreadsheet use is preferredIf you're ready to take on a diverse role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you
