Role Overview:
A Mechanical Quantity Surveyor is required to ensure compliance with statutory legislation and internal policies.
The key responsibilities of this role include liaising with the Design Team, maintaining relationships with Client Representatives, attending site meetings, reviewing tender enquiries, and negotiating new projects.
Requirements for this position include a degree in Quantity Surveying, 4+ years of professional experience, and computer literacy in Microsoft Office and other Quantity Surveying Packages.
This Mechanical Quantity Surveyor will work on large-scale industrial buildings projects across Ireland, managing commercial/industrial projects and demonstrating excellent budgetary responsibility.

Package: €55,000 - €75,000 based on experience and qualifications
