This role suits a proactive leader with strong technical and commercial oversight skills and a proven background delivering complex projects on thecontractor side.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycle from planning and budgeting through to delivery and completion.Coordinate with engineering, BIM, QA and procurement teams to ensure technical, commercial and safety compliance.Monitor and report on project progress using internal systems and processes.Carry out regular site inspections to track progress and address issues.Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.Oversee cost control, budgeting, forecasting and commercial reporting.Deliver weekly and monthly progress reports to senior stakeholders.Support strategic project planning, risk mitigation and operational improvements.Candidate RequirementsMechanical background with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Project or Contracts Manager within a Mechanical/HVAC contractor environment .Proven delivery experience on pharma or life sciences projects (essential).Strong understanding of Mechanical, HVAC and Process systems.Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously.Full driving licence and willingness to travel within Europe occasionally.Essential Experience CriteriaTo align with project requirements, we areonlyconsidering candidates who have worked on thecontractor sidedelivering mechanical or process engineering projects.This role isnot suitablefor candidates coming from:Client-side positionsGeneral Contractors / Main ContractorsConsultancy-only backgrounds
