Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience from order to delivery.
* Coffee Knowledge: Educate customers on our coffee offerings, including origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
* Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels of coffee and supplies, including placing orders as necessary.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure efficient service and a harmonious work environment.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience is required. Familiarity with specialty coffee is a plus.
* Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
* Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
