Assembly Team Supervisor Role
The Assembly Team Supervisor oversees a group of assembly specialists, ensuring production schedules, quality standards and safety protocols are adhered to. Key responsibilities include:
* Assigning tasks, directing work processes and mentoring team members on assembly procedures.
* Serving as a subject matter expert for specialized assembly techniques, tools or machinery.
* Motivating and guiding assembly teams to achieve production goals.
Requirements include 2+ years of assembly experience, knowledge of assembly methodologies, tools and equipment, and basic computer skills. The ideal candidate should be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 75 pounds and work in environments with noise, chemicals, dust, sharp objects and temperature extremes.
