Aircraft Leasing Paralegal Opportunity
Support key stakeholders in the execution of aircraft and engine transactions, including lease amendments, novations, and deliveries. Ensure timely and accurate processing of documents, resolutions, certificates, NDAs, and notices.
* Coordinate with external counsel, lenders, and internal teams across deal cycles.
* Assist in transaction tracking, legal administration, and precedent management across portfolios.
The ideal candidate will possess strong drafting and administrative skills, as well as experience with corporate and transactional legal processes. A degree in law or a related field is preferred.
