Job Title: Building Surveyor
As a Building Surveyor, you will work on energy-efficient projects across Ireland. Your responsibilities will include conducting surveys, energy audits and technical assessments of domestic properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct surveys and energy audits of domestic properties.
* Perform quality assessments on energy-efficient works.
* Draft scheme designs, timelines and specification for works.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Building Surveyor or in a similar technical surveying role.
* Recognised BER Assessor qualification or currently undertaking BER Assessor training.
* Strong knowledge of current building regulations and SEAI guidelines.
