Maintenance Engineer]
The role of Maintenance Reliability Engineer is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our production setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing maintenance plans, utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implementing Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) to ensure site compliance with regulations such as PUWER, PSSR, and fixed electrical testing.
Key responsibilities include:
* Review and contribute to RCM to address critical assessment and failure modes
* Deliver site compliance by carrying out regular inspections and audits
* Carry out RCA on breakdowns and review in maintenance plans when applicable
* Develop and implement improvement projects using data analysis
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Reliability Engineer who can identify and repair complex machine faults, electrical and mechanical. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of problem-solving techniques such as 5 Why and RCA, as well as knowledge of asset performance and process improvements.
The selected candidate will work closely with operators, engineers, and team leaders to resolve problems, share information, and provide technical support. They will also develop and mentor apprentices to enhance their skills and knowledge.
