The Job Description:
This role encompasses various responsibilities including sales strategies design and implementation. The ideal candidate will also create marketing materials and provide guidance to interested parties while negotiating pricing and conducting competitor analysis.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or related discipline;
* No less than four years of experience as a sales executive in the real estate sector with excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft applications knowledge;
* Presentation skills are essential as well as attention to detail;
* Ability to work independently delivering on set targets & KPIs with full driving license required;
