Salary: Depending on experience, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the motor industry and proficiency in CVRT administration. This is a full-time role based in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cover reception duties, including greeting visitors and receiving office deliveries.
• Assist the store manager with daily tasks and activities as required.
• Manage all incoming calls and emails effectively.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through exceptional customer service skills.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy administrative role.
• Previous experience within the motor industry is desirable, with knowledge of autoview systems an advantage.
• Ability to operate as part of a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with invoicing software.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of light and heavy commercials vehicles.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
