International Tax Manager Role Overview
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with excellent exposure to global corporate tax compliance. You'll join a small, focused team committed to learning, development, and inclusion.
* You will be responsible for overseeing tax activities across multiple international entities, while also supporting US operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Review transfer pricing documentation across international jurisdictions.
* Manage and optimise global R&D credits; track eligible spend with accounting teams.
* Prepare quarterly international tax provisions.
* Coordinate with external tax providers to ensure accurate and timely filing.
* Prepare and review indirect tax returns across various regions.
* Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation.
* Maintain internal controls and tax-related process documentation.
Candidate Profile
1. 3–5 years' post-qualification tax experience, ideally in a multinational or US-based company.
2. Strong understanding of international tax, R&D credits, and transfer pricing.
3. Knowledge of SOX and financial reporting standards.
4. Self-starter with strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
5. Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
