About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of complex residential or mixed-use developments.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing engineering operations on-site, ensuring technical accuracy, and supporting the site management team in delivering projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all engineering aspects of the construction site.
* Interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation on-site.
* Supervise subcontractors and site engineers, providing guidance and technical support.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure work meets design and regulatory standards.
* Liaise with design teams, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
* Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
* Support the planning and sequencing of construction activities to meet project milestones.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a site engineering role, with at least 2 years at senior level.
* Proven experience working on residential or mixed-use developments.
* A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Total Station, GPS systems).
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
