Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
* Adhere to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including QMS, safety, environmental, and security management systems, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Perform data entries, edits, system batches, and audits for payroll processing in a multi-site, multi-cycle environment.
* Audit the work of other payroll coordinators for accuracy and compliance.
* Ensure SOX-compliant payroll processes and audit-readiness; support regulatory reporting.
* Complete employee salary certificates and pay history requests.
* Address employee and manager inquiries related to payroll.
* Assist associates with understanding the timekeeping system.
* Reconcile payroll funding and revenue funding.
* Participate in initiatives to improve payroll processes and enhance employee experience.
* Stay updated on Ireland legislative changes impacting payroll.
* Perform other duties as required.
Education & Experience:
* Minimum education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Minimum experience: At least 2 years supporting Ireland payrolls.
Knowledge & Skills:
* Strong attention to detail and responsiveness.
* Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.
* Basic knowledge of Ireland payroll regulations.
* Experience with web-based payroll systems like Dayforce.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
* Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
* IPass coursework is a plus.
