Recruiting Coordinator (5 -Month Contract)
Location: Remote (Ireland-based)
A fast-paced, dynamic Talent Acquisition team is looking for a highly organised and
proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support the full hiring lifecycle. This is a remote-based
role where you'll play a vital part in ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager
experience-from interview scheduling to offer generation and onboarding tasks.
You'll support between 2 to 4 recruiters, managing high volumes of activity while prioritising
tasks and communicating clearly with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate high-volume interview logistics, including scheduling, calendar invites,
and video conferencing setup
● Own all aspects of candidate communication before and after interviews
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS),
ideally Workday
● Track interview progress and provide timely updates on scheduling and offer status
● Prepare and distribute employment documents and offer letters
● Initiate and follow up on background checks and employment verifications
● Support onboarding and post-offer tasks as needed
● Build strong, collaborative relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal
stakeholders
● Provide day-to-day administrative support to recruiting operations
● Contribute to process improvement initiatives and project work
Qualifications:
● Minimum 2 years' experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or a
high-volume customer service role
● Proven time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage
multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, especially for calendar and scheduling management
● Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
● Experience in a tech or high-growth company is a strong plus
● Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage ambiguity with confidence
