Job Title: Night Support Worker



This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a night support worker in a residential setting. As a key member of the staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of residents at all times.




Responsibilities:


* To comply with policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality regarding service users and staff.
* To work collaboratively as part of a team in creating and maintaining safe environments for all service users.
* Providing non-directive support and advocacy services to promote social interaction among clients/residents.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, report writing capabilities, high standards of work performance attendance appearance punctuality, good working relationships maintained with colleagues flexibility adaptability willingness change adapt new plans situations.
have working knowledge National Quality Standards Homeless Services implementing maintaining standards role.min Level 5 Social care full clean driving license desirable.
