The person will ensure accurate financial information, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and provides strategic insight to optimise profitability and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Pricing Strategies in collaboration with Commercial teams, maintain pricing models; advise on pricing mechanisms and margin protection.Provide financial insight to support commercial proposals, negotiations, and long‑term sales planning.Prepare monthly sales reports, KPIs, and analysis packs; support annual reporting.Deliver forecasting, variance analysis, trend insights, and scenario modelling.Lead budgeting cycles and ensure accurate financial data across pricing, rebates, accruals, and contracts.Monitor key cost drivers and highlight margin risks/opportunities.Strengthen financial controls and support audit requirements.Improve reporting processes, automation, and modelling tools.Skills & CompetenciesStrong commercial acumen and analytical capability.Effective business partnering and communication skills.High attention to detail with the ability to simplify complex data.Adaptable, deadline‑driven, and committed to accuracy and compliance.Qualifications & ExperienceFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.Proven experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or management accounting.Background in FMCG, food, commodities, or dairy (highly advantageous).Experience with a variety of pricing strategies, margin analysis, and generating meaningful insight to support effective commercial decision making.Lakeland Dairies Ltd is committed to having an inclusive workplace where every employee feels they belong.
