Community Support Worker Role
We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Community Support Workers to join our team in providing exceptional support services to individuals with disabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for empowering service users to live independent lives, developing community partnerships, and supporting the delivery of person-centred plans.

Key Responsibilities:
* Empower service users to live independent lives in their home and community
* Support the development and delivery of person-centred plans
* Develop community partnerships to foster active citizenship
* Transport service users to access community resources
* Perform key worker duties including weekly administration, advocacy, and liaison with families
Requirements:
* Hold a relevant QQI qualification (minimum Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent)
* Experience working with service users in the disability sector
* Be over 18 years old
* Hold a full clean manual driving license with access to own vehicle for work purposes
* Have an excellent command of spoken and written English
* Have previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a relevant sector
