Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders over the phone, assisting with spare parts identification using online catalogues and pricing and ordering spare parts.
Responsibilities:
* Taking customer orders over the phone
* Assisting with spare parts identification using online catalogues
* Pricing and ordering spare parts
* Unpacking and organizing stock
* Assisting customers at the counter
* Liaising with suppliers and brands
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
* Good computer literacy and ability to use digital online catalogues
* Strong communication skills and fluent clear English
* A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
