Your new role
As a Senior Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects. You will be responsible for:
* Overseeing all engineering aspects on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
* Managing setting out, surveying, and dimensional control for complex structures.
* Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams to maintain smooth workflow and resolve technical challenges.
* Implementing health, safety, and environmental protocols to the highest standards.
* Monitoring progress, preparing reports, and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
* Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in site engineering within the construction industry, ideally on large-scale projects.
* Strong technical knowledge of reinforced concrete, structural steel, and modern construction techniques.
* Proficiency in surveying equipment and software (e.g., Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD).
* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
