This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland.

Within our Marketing Solutions business, we are looking for an Account Director to help us realize our goal of empowering businesses to reach, engage, and convert their professional audience at scale.

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and delivering sales strategies, driven by data and your experience, to bring LinkedIn’s digital marketing solutions to strategic and high-potential customers. By being their trusted advisor, you will help our clients realize their growth plans by connecting them to expanding opportunities among our members.

Responsibilities:

* Manage relationships with high-potential LinkedIn Marketing Solutions customers, working closely with C-levels, top executives, and decision-makers.
* Lead as a rigorous business manager, mapping out and executing on commercial opportunities for a portfolio of clients (build a 3–12-month plan).
* Identify new business opportunities and new buying groups within the existing customer base for LMS offerings.
* Activate new logos qualified for the new and emerging business segment scope.
* Lead with insights through client research, industry information, and trends.
* Work closely with your Client Solutions Manager to deliver a consultative sales approach that meets marketing objectives.
* Create and manage a tiered service approach for your clients to deliver growth.
* Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to team goals.
* Contribute to client events; travel may be required up to 20%.

Minimum Qualifications:

* 5+ years of sales experience in client-facing roles with stakeholder relationship management.
* Business fluency in French and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience thriving in a target-driven, sales quota environment.
* Portfolio management experience.
* Ability to drive results and build relationships across client levels.
* Experience using insights to identify and drive growth.
* Effective time management and prioritization skills.
* Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
* Understanding of internet advertising technology and marketing automation.
