To co-ordinate and support an efficient, effective and high-quality service that provides continuity of care and quality of life to patients diagnosed with lower GI cancer. Plan, implement, deliver, and evaluate care for a caseload of Lower GI Cancer patients in collaboration with Consultant Surgeons and CNS. Act as an informed resource for health and social care professionals involved in the care of patients with Lower GI Cancer. Facilitate and contribute to education and training for health and social care professionals in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Support the collection of data in relation to Lower GI Cancer patients. Attend and participate in the weekly Lower GI Cancer MDT at MMUH.
