Food Operations Manager.
The Role:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of a catering service, working five days out of seven.
* Report monthly and annually on profit and loss within the unit.
* Develop each area of operation in line with customer expectations and agreed development plans.
Key Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow-up and hands-on management. Ensure the integrity, accuracy and security of all catering and associated financial management information systems and records.
Requirements:
* Eligible to work in EU/EEA.
* Experience working in a similar role.
* Flexible and adaptable approach.
* Good communication skills - written and verbal.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Basic statutory training for the role requires reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety and work instructions and communicate with customers daily.
