Marketing and Office Administrator Role
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Office Administrator to join our Sales office. This role offers a unique blend of marketing support and essential administrative responsibilities, providing a diverse and engaging work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and execution of marketing plans and promotions.
* Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
* Assist with website maintenance and prepare materials for publication.
* Contribute to the implementation of marketing campaigns, including advertising and events.
* Play a key role in marketing database development and preparation.
In addition to these tasks, you will be an integral part of our administrative function, undertaking duties such as:
* Ensuring compliance procedures are followed.
* Providing comprehensive general administrative support, including travel management.
* Offering secretarial and HR administrative assistance.
* Handling telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently.
We're looking for someone with:
* Proven experience in a busy office environment, ideally within a Sales setting.
* Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Excellent PC literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
* Social media experience or a strong aptitude to learn quickly.
