The Citco Banks offer our clients the ability to transact, place cash on deposit and access foreign exchange markets and loan facilities. Operating from multiple locations globally, we provide custody and depositary services and credit facilities, with our solutions fully integrated with our fund administration and corporate and trust offerings.


About The Team & Business Line

Citco Bank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients. Operating in strategic global centres Citco Bank provides access to best-in-class process and technology.

Banking Services Europe is responsible for providing services relating to Treasury middle & back office, Credit, and Payments functions. Based in Dublin, we provide services for all 3 European Banks – the Dublin and Luxembourg Branches and the Amsterdam Head office. Banking Services also provide clearing services on behalf of our Banks in Cayman, Curacao and Toronto.


Responsibilities

* Assist with the review, control and action the day-to-day running of Treasury Back Office & Credit tasks (to include crosscheck/input and approval when required)
* Monitor and control work flows and distribution amongst Analysts within the team
* Process and approve all client or Treasury/Credit payment instructions accurately and efficiently as per Citco’s Service Level Agreement.
* Oversight and control of the central group email boxes
* Updating daily management reports, while advising on client overdrafts to Senior Management and Relationship Managers.
* Oversight and control of daily checklists to ensure all processes are completed within strict deadlines
* Acting as first point for escalation of issues/problems and liaise with clients, including internal clients, and other Bank teams to resolve the matter
* Responsible for training staff members and providing feedback on their tasks, assisting with goal-setting and 1-1s to further their development and performance
* Identify and remove gaps in processes and propose solutions to bridge process gaps to management if required
* Carry out testing on process and system enhancements to ensure the needs of the business and client have been met
* Oversee all transitions of tasks from one area of business to another if and when required
* Aid IT in relevant development solutions
* Reporting any errors to Management in a timely manner
* Responsible for running & circulating end of day Control Reports
* Manage and plan the weekly rota to include daily task cover, training and out of course activities
* Responsibility for the logging and reviewing Incident cases and Action Plans
* Create and update Standing Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
* Any other tasks as they arise


Qualifications

* Minimum of 5 Years Payments/ Treasury/ Banking experience
* Experience in CLS (Continuous Link Settlement) & T24 is desirable.
* Very good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* The ability to keep calm and prioritize work under pressure
* Proven ability to work to strict deadlines
* Willingness to take ownership / responsibility for work.
* Candidates must be very numerate
* Proven multi-tasking capabilities
* IT literate with a level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Access
* Good communication & interpersonal skills are essential
* An adaptable team player with a proactive approach to problem resolution
* Ability to elevate issues effectively to Supervisors or Management
* Swift/ Financial Markets/ Foreign Currencies expertise
