About the Role
The AI Engineering Lead will architect, build and deliver advanced AI and agentic solutions. They will lead engineering teams, drive innovation and collaborate with clients to deliver AI platforms that align with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Leading and mentoring AI engineering teams
2. Designing and governing AI/agentic architectures
3. Ensuring engineering best practices
4. Contributing to AI strategy
5. SUPPORTING PRE-SALES AND DELIVERY INITIATIVES
6. Building relationships with technical stakeholders
7. Driving continuous innovation in AI engineering
Key Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience leading AI engineering teams
* 6+ years of hands-on programming experience in languages such as Python, Java and React
* Proven experience in AI/ML solution architecture and deployment
* Expertise in agentic AI systems
* Strong cloud engineering skills
* Able to work consultatively with clients and collaborate with product teams
