* Finance Manager/Reporting Manager in a plc or large corporate with a commercial acumen
* FP&A/Commercial Manager/Finance Business Partner in a plc or large corporate
* Manager/Senior Manager/Associate Director working in audit/corporate finance/transaction services/restructuring in a Big 4/Top 10 practice
Candidates who are industry trained will also be considered if they have the following:
* Commercial acumen and business understanding
* Be strong technically
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with both financial and less-financial audiences of all levels of a multi-national organisation
* Advanced modelling, analytical and numerical reasoning skills beneficial
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Head of FP&A Manager and with exposure to the CFO & CEO, duties will include:
* Deal structuring and commercial strategy
* Financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic decision-making
* Providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis
* Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals
* Supporting M&A activities and integration processes
* Managing a team of highly skilled accountants, providing mentorship and development
* Enhancing processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
