As an Approved Housing Body (AHB), we work with various stakeholders in the housing sector, including Local Authorities, Government, aspiring homeowners, tenants and developers. We currently manage over 5,000 properties across Ireland.ROLE OVERVIEWCo-operative Housing Ireland is seeking a full-time, permanent "Treasury Manager", based at our Dublin Office at 11/12 Warrington Place, Dublin 2. This role will be a key part of the CHI Finance Team reporting to the Director of Finance and will be responsible for all treasury related activities. It is an important role to support Co-operative Housing Ireland's continued organisational growth and expansion.WHAT YOU WILL DOTreasury OperationsOversee and monitor all Co-operative Housing Ireland treasury operations and activitiesResponsible for coordinating the cashflow forecasting process, engaging with finance and financial planning team to deliver regular cash forecasts analysing, short, medium and longer term cash performanceEnsure robust liquidity structure in place and aligned to support organisational business requirements and strategyDay to day oversight and reporting of cash balances ensuring cash availability for accounts payable, payroll and property acquisitionsManage short term investments and bank deposits, ensuring optimum risk adjusted returns consistent with Treasury PolicyEstablish policy and reserving process for managing cash related to long term liabilities including Capital Advance Leasing Facility ("CALF") obligationsIdentify opportunities for cost-effective long-term funding transactions with a view to diversifying funding sources and supporting growth strategyCompliance, Regulation, Policy and ReportingManage compliance and covenant reporting for all CHI loan agreements and lending counterparties.Monitor key financial covenants and reporting metrics including Debt Service Cover, EBITDA, Gearing and LiquidityDevelop and maintain Treasury Management Policies ("TMP") ensuring up to date and consistent with regulatory requirements and best practiceResponsible for Treasury risk management and regular Treasury reporting to Audit, Assurance and Finance Committee ("AAF") and CHI BoardManage counterparty onboarding, due diligence, AAF and CHI Board approvals consistent with TMPSupport regulatory reporting process and requirements (AHBRA) including appropriate stress testing and scenario analysisProvide sectoral and peer group reviews along with ad-hoc strategic advisory support on Treasury and funding issues to Executive Management Team ("EMT"), AAF and CHI BoardSystems & TechnologySupport organisation wide Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") and Finance system implementations.
