Job Description
This role requires screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, performing phone screenings, and involved in various stages of the recruitment process including scheduling candidate interviews, completing reference checks, organizing pre-employment medicals. Additionally, you will be responsible for account management of large-scale multinational clients, attending networking events, and onsite client visits across the UK.
Requirements
* Prior contract recruitment experience within a recruitment agency setting
* A blend of account management and project recruitment
* Thrives in a target-driven environment
* Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques, and online resources
