Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant – AHP Division (Cork Office, Ireland)
PE Global Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant to grow our existing AHP division based in our Cork office.
Duties of the role
* Build and manage a team of Recruitment Consultants focused on the recruitment and placement agency AHP professionals within Ireland
* Driving sales and margin growth within your specialist area
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates and delivering exceptional levels of customer service through the recruitment process
* Working closely with the team to increase candidate attraction as well as working with your team to establish a strong candidate pipeline
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the allied health professions (AHP) sector
* Deal with client/candidate queries and take ownership to follow up and ensure they are dealt with efficiently
Qualifications and experience
* At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within an agency setting
* Knowledge of the variety of disciplines and modalities within AHP as well as the necessary registrations and validations.
* The ability to demonstrate a track record of the ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team
* A proven track record of success in an AHP Agency recruitment role
* Career driven and hardworking with a positive 'can do' attitude
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and influence others and a professional outlook and approach
* Strong networking and creative approach to engaging clients and candidates
* Extensive client and candidate base
