Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to undertake business process analysis work on a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

* Detailed review, mapping and analysis of business processes to identify gaps, risks and opportunities for control improvements.
* Design, implement and maintain risk and control frameworks aligned with regulatory and internal standards.
* Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective risk management practices are embedded in daily operations.
* Preparation of documentation, reports and recommendations for process improvements and control enhancements.
* Support for audits, compliance reviews and risk assessments to ensure ongoing effectiveness of controls.

Requirements

* A minimum of 6 years' experience as a Process Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on risk and controls.
* Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, control testing and compliance practices.
* Proven ability to analyze complex processes and recommend practical, business-focused solutions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across all levels.
* Proficiency with process mapping tools, risk assessment methodologies and reporting systems.
