Forensic Investigations and Disputes Manager Role
This role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams in forensic investigations and commercial disputes, helping organisations manage and reduce risk.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients in investigating allegations of accounting misstatement, fraud, bribery, and corruption.
* Collate and assess evidence via document review or formal investigation interviews.
* Conduct in-depth financial analysis and draft formal reports as an expert witness or investigation assignment.
* Work with clients and other teams to provide pragmatic solutions to manage risk in crisis situations.
Requirements:
* Forensic managerial experience in a leading firm or corporation.
* Membership of a professional accountancy association (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
* Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and projects.
* Draft complex reports with minimal oversight.
