Main duties of the job

The post holder will be an integral member of the Pharmacy Team, which forms part of the wider healthcare. You will be required to support the delivery of pharmacy services, including the supply of medication, supervision of medication administration to prisoners, and providing NHS services to prisoners within your competency.

* NVQ level 2 in Pharmaceutical Sciences (or equivalent experience).
* Ability to travel independently around Cheshire District
Desirable
* Willingness to undertake NVQ level 3 or equivalent
Knowledge and Experience

* At least 2 years experience of working in community/hospital pharmacy.
Desirable
* Knowledge of medicines management issues.
* Experience of working in a prison environment or similar setting.
