We are seeking a highly driven and meticulously organised Senior Campaigns and Events Manager to co-ordinate the end-to-end execution of our diverse marketing campaigns and consumer events across key channels. This pivotal role ensures the timely, on-brand, and legally compliant delivery of all associated creative assets, driving brand visibility and footfall across Lidl Ireland's growing store network.
What You'll Do
* End-to-End Campaign Management:
o Lead the comprehensive management of various marketing campaigns from marketing strategy sign off to final execution, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing strategies.
o Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all assigned campaigns, guaranteeing efficient resource allocation in co-ordination with Operations, Marketing Senior Manager and external agencies.
o Develop clear and concise Internal Design Briefs (excluding social) for our in-house creative teams, ensuring all outputs meet campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
o Craft detailed External Creative Briefs (excluding social) for agency partners, managing their deliverables and ensuring creative excellence for various marketing channels.
o Manage the full production cycle for Broadcast & Radio Production, coordinating with agencies, voice artists, and production houses to deliver high-quality advertisements.
* Instore Marketing & Event Execution:
o Manage the production and timely distribution of Campaign POS (Point of Sale) materials for in-store promotions, ensuring consistent brand messaging at the customer touchpoint.
o Oversee the critical production and delivery of the Weekly Pack, ensuring all promotional materials are accurately and promptly available for stores.
o Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging Consumer Events, including product launches, experiential activations, and community engagements, from concept development to on-site management.
o Lead the marketing elements of NSO (New Store Opening) Management, ensuring all necessary marketing collateral and promotional activities are ready for successful store launches.
o Lead the marketing elements of local store events and warehouse sales, ensuring all necessary marketing collateral and promotional activities are ready.
* Compliance & Quality Assurance:
o Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere strictly to legal guidelines, industry regulations, and internal compliance standards.
* Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Act as a key liaison between Marketing Strategy, external creative agencies, internal design teams, Promo, Legal, Buying, and other cross-functional departments to ensure seamless campaign integration and delivery.
What You'll Need
* Experience:
o 3+ years of proven experience in marketing campaign management, project management, or marketing operations, ideally within a fast-paced retail or FMCG environment.
o Demonstrable experience managing creative production across various media.
o Experience in planning and executing consumer events and coordinating marketing for new store openings.
* Technical Skills:
o Exceptional project management skills
o Strong understanding of marketing production processes (print, digital, audio/visual).
o Excellent briefing and feedback delivery skills for creative teams and agencies.
o Familiarity with legal aspects of advertising and marketing.
* Soft Skills:
o Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
o Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
