We are working with a boutique Dublin-based law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Family law team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a well-regarded Family law practice, working on a range of matrimonial matters including general advice on divorce, judicial separation, nullity, dissolution of civil partnership, cohabitation, domestic violence, maintenance, access and guardianship matters.
The solicitor would also advise on the financial implications of separation and divorce, in the context of Irish law and from an international perspective. The candidate will also have the opportunity to engage in multi-jurisdictional work, through cases involving Brussels Ilbis, the Lugano Convention, and private international law.
Essential Criteria:
* Open to all levels of PQE;
* Family law experience desirable;
* Technically excellent;
* Empathetic towards clients;
* Strong communication skills;
* Ability to work independently and as a team;
* Strong work ethic.
