Job Overview
The role of Sales Insurance Advisor is a key position within our organization, focusing on obtaining sales in the personal lines and commercial side of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the sales office in delivering exceptional customer service.
This position is based in Kerry, Ireland. We are seeking an immediate start for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve targets by prospecting and up-selling our range of products while setting up new client accounts.
* Deal with customer queries and refer unresolved or technical queries to the relevant department.
* Complete relevant industry qualifications and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours as appropriate.
* Be flexible and participate in various office tasks.
* Reward renewal follow-ups and revisions, identifying sales opportunities, cover/rate improvements, as appropriate.
Eligible Candidate Experience:
* APA or CIP qualified.
* CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements.
* Sales and customer service experience required.
* Previous insurance/financial services experience preferred.
* Great communication skills.
* Passion/drive to work within the insurance industry.
