FRS Recruitment seeks a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Worker to join our well-established intellectual disability service in the heart of Dublin.

* Support service users in day-to-day activities.
* Encourage independence and meaningful engagement.
* Build positive relationships with service users and staff team.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
To succeed, you will have:
* A minimum QQI Level 7 in Social Care or related field, registered with CORU/started the process.
* At least 1 year's experience working with adults with complex needs.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A calm, empathetic approach.
