Which role is available? We are seeking to hire a full‑time, permanent Personal Tax Director to join our leading practice. You will join a team of tax professionals focused on delivering high‑quality personal tax compliance services. As a Director you will support the existing team in building the compliance business, leading and delivering services, and developing and managing teams.
What does this role offer? This role is located at our Kilkenny office. As Director, you will play a key role in the ongoing operation and coordination of our compliance business, emphasizing high‑quality corporate tax compliance services, relationship management and process excellence.
Specific Responsibilities
Lead and manage a challenging, evolving and varied client portfolio for personal tax compliance.
Assist with the management and delivery of compliance services to ensure optimal resource scheduling and process efficiency that exploits current technologies to maximum potential.
Contribute to the strategic agenda for the future of our personal tax compliance services.
Proactive management of a portfolio of clients including financial and risk management.
Embrace the digital evolution in our business to drive process excellence through continuous improvement, leveraging the latest tools and digital automation.
Motivate the team to perform at their best, make a difference and deliver results, while providing mentorship and guidance that allows them to stretch to their full potential.
Work on attracting, developing and retaining the best talents for the firm.
Contribute to business development and proposals for new compliance business.
Bring business knowledge, innovation and insight to create value for clients and the firm.

Who Are We Looking For?
AITI / CTA qualified (or equivalent).
At least 10 years of tax experience.
Strong leadership skills and a proven record in building a team with the capacity and capability to deliver.
Excellent delegation skills and the ability to manage and develop junior members of the team.
Strong organisational and planning capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent business development and relationship management skills, while maintaining the ability to take direction from Tax Partners and clients.
Strong commercial awareness.
