My client based in Dublin are currently seeking a Reconciliation Reporting Analyst to join their team.Daily rate contract: 11 monthsHybrid: 3 days per week onsiteThis role supports internal clients and is responsible for analysing, reconciling, and explaining data related to settlements, corporate actions, and reconciliations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently with large datasets, identifying month-on-month changes, and clearly communicating findings to stakeholders.This is a developing professional role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present and explain data in a clear and structured manner.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service & CommunicationAct as a key contact for internal client service teams, supporting settlements and corporate actions functionsParticipate in monthly client calls, explaining reconciliations, variances, and data movementsPrepare data and insights for monthly client presentationsCommunicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at various levelsAnalysis, Reporting & ReconciliationIndependently prepare, analyse, and compare month-on-month reconciliation dataInvestigate and explain variances and changes in dataUse Tableau and internal systems to analyse trends and reconcile figuresSupport reconciliation processes using platforms such as TLMAssist in issue identification and resolution related to reconciliation and proofing activitiesReporting & PresentationProduce accurate and high-quality reports using Microsoft ExcelCreate clear and professional presentations in PowerPointEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all reportingOperational & Team SupportWork independently while also collaborating effectively within the wider teamSupport the overall efficiency of the Global Reconciliation UtilityApply sound judgement when analysing data and making recommendationsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsAbility to work independently and manage deliverables end-to-endHigh level of attention to detailStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)Experience preparing presentations in Microsoft PowerPointPreferred / Nice to Have2–5 years' experience within financial services, operations, or client service rolesExperience in reconciliationsBackground in settlements or corporate actionsExperience using Tableau or similar reporting toolsFamiliarity with TLM reconciliation platforms
